I CAN'T LOG IN

Note: United Network News and United Network PLUS are separate apps and run on two different platforms. 

Therefore, there are two separate log-in credentials, one for the United Network News, which you created; and the other is for United Network PLUS, which we emailed to you.

To log in to the United Network PLUS app, please refer to the welcome email that we sent you after you signed up. That email contains the information that you need to log in to this app. Please check your inbox or spam folder.

If you cannot log in because you are getting the message, “Invalid username and password,” please go to the “Invalid username and password” section in the FAQ.

If you still cannot locate your email with this information, you may email us at admin@unitednetwork.news with the subject line “Need Login Information.”

To log in to the United Network News website or app, please use the original email and password that you created the first time. 

"INVALID USERNAME AND PASSWORD"
  • The username and password are case-sensitive. It is best to copy and paste directly from the email that we sent you.
  • Please make sure that there are no extra spaces before or after the username and password.

1. Log in to your account from the client area located here, https://unitednet.plus/billing/index.php?rp=/login.

2. Once inside your account, click on the item inside “Your Active Products/Services.”

3. You will see your username and password for the app on the next screen.

Each of the fields below is a required field. Make sure that you put something in the “Any Name” field and put the correct information in the username and password fields. Then, click “Add User.”

Any Name: (Put any name here. This cannot be left blank.)

Username: (Your email address on your UN PLUS account)

Password: (Password on your UN PLUS account)

HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE UN PLUS APP ON MY DEVICE?

Please refer to the Setup Guide page for details on how to download and install the app on your device.

UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE MY ACCOUNT

To upgrade or downgrade your account, simply click on the “Upgrade/Downgrade” button on the left-hand side of the Product Details page in your account. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

IS UNITED NETWORK PLUS AVAILABLE ON ROKU?

United Network PLUS is only available on ROKU through screen mirroring or casting.

 

Please refer to the Setup Guide page for details on how to mirror or cast on your ROKU device.

 

HOW MANY DEVICES CAN LOG-IN AT THE SAME TIME ON THE SAME ACCOUNT?

If you signed up for 1 device, you can only log in from 1 device at a time.

If you have 2, 3, 4, or 5 devices on your account, you can have up to the maximum number of devices on your account logged in simultaneously.

Please note that our content provider keeps track of the number of devices that are logged in simultaneously. If they detect that an account is being abused, they will disable your service.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UNITED NETWORK AND UNITED NETWORK PLUS?

The United Network News gives you access to exclusive content that United Network produces, such as Original Series, Deep State Decoded, Exclusive Interviews, Access Granted, Untold History, etc.

The United Network PLUS gives you access to over 15,000 LIVE Channels, and over 85,000+ movies, TV shows, and Video On Demand (VOD).

HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNTS (UNITED NETWORK NEWS AND UNITED NETWORK PLUS)?

To access your United Network TV account, please log in to https://www.unitednetwork.tv/loginPlease use the original email and password that you created the first time.  

To access your United Network PLUS account, please log in to https://unitednet.plus/billing/index.php?rp=/login. Please use the email and password that we sent you in your welcome email.

HOW DO I PAY MY UNITED NETWORK PLUS INVOICE?

Please follow the instructions below to pay your unpaid invoice or change your payment method.

1. Please log in to your account here, https://unitednet.plus/billing/index.php?rp=/login.

2. Once you are in, please click inside “Invoices” or “View All” in the “Unpaid Invoices” box.

3. On the next screen, click on the red “Unpaid” button.

4. The next screen will be the invoice itself. You can click on PayPal or the Debit/Credit Card button to choose that option.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY UN PLUS SUBSCRIPTION?

Please follow the instructions below to properly process your cancelation and prevent further charges to your account.

1. Please log in to your account here, https://unitednet.plus/billing/index.php?rp=/login.

2. Once inside your account, click on “Your Active Products/Services.”

3. The next screen is the “Product Details” page. Please click on the “Request Cancellation” button on the left-hand column on that page.

4. You can choose to have your service terminated immediately or at the end of your billing cycle. You will see a message that will confirm your cancelation request.
